We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our dynamic Diabetes Education Team as a Clinical Nurse Consultant. This part-time position will involve providing exceptional patient care and support, utilizing your Post-Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist nursing expertise and diabetes management advice in various hospital settings
  • Care coordinate and support patients with diabetes in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Develop and implement patient-centered care plans to improve diabetes outcomes

Requirements:

  • Division 1 Registered Nurse with current registration
  • Post-graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education
  • Demonstrated experience in diabetes assessment and management
  • ADEA Credentialed Diabetes Educator status
