Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team at Profusion Group as a Senior IAM Engineer. This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Sydney office.
About the Role
- Design, build, configure, and implement IAM solutions on Ping identity products in an AWS environment.
- Assist with the setup of auto provisioning and de-provisioning of user identities across various systems and applications.
- Oversee the timely and accurate setup of user accounts and access rights based on business requirements.
- Conduct periodic security assessments of selected Azure, AWS, and other platform privileged accounts to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Triage business requirements to advise on the appropriate solution options on the Ping platform.
- Review and update project handover and operation documents.
- Liaise with the CTO teams - Channels and Security Architecture teams to ensure design integrity and strategic alignment.
- Lead and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in identity and access management.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, access controls, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in conducting reviews and security assessments.
- Understanding of the role of Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID in the IGA context and integrating with them.
- Familiarity with technologies such as SailPoint/Saviynt, CyberArk, AWS, and Azure etc.
- Experience with Active Directory management and privileged account reviews.
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations, particularly in Entra ID (Azure AD).
