About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Identity and Access Management to join our Cyber Security Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, as well as leading the Cyber Security Services across the Woolworths Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Enterprise IAM strategy, ensuring the appropriate and authorized access to applications, systems, and data resources.
  • Lead the Cyber Security Services team, responsible for the implementation and management of security technologies.
  • Collaborate with senior executives across the group, including the Woolworths Group Exco, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of IAM and Cyber Security strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and technology partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the IAM and Cyber Security teams, ensuring the effective implementation of security technologies and processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in security leadership roles, with a strong background in IAM and Cyber Security.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing IAM strategies, as well as leading Cyber Security teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in security and IT systems, with the ability to keep pace with changing security and IT technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business outcomes.
