About the Position

We seek a skilled and experienced leader to join our team in designing, developing, and maintaining support system solutions for various programs.

In this role, you will lead the design and development of support system solutions for our programs. You will work closely with integrated teams to respond to tenders and write proposals for defense programs.

You will provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of the support system from acquisition through disposal. This includes directing architectural design, facilitating harmonisation among customers, identifying and implementing support system tools, and leading the development of support system specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing the architectural design of the support system for all programmes.
  • Facilitating harmonisation of the support system among all customers.
  • Identifying and implementing support system tools to optimise work performance.
  • Working in partnership with engineers and teams to ensure mission system design is aligned with an effective support system.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to think outside the box, and have experience working in complex integrated logistics support or support system environments.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Minimum 10 years' demonstrated experience leading/managing in complex integrated logistics support or support system environments.
  • Experience working with integrated/multi-skilled teams to respond to tenders/writing proposals for defence programs.
  • Formal qualifications or significant demonstrated experience in leading and delivering successful logistics/support systems analysis for major acquisition programs.
