As a highly skilled Maintenance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marine and land-based assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Servicing and Maintenance: Regularly service and maintain all equipment to prevent and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems with ease.
  • Team Collaboration and Improvement: Work closely with team members to identify improvements and implement solutions that drive success.
  • Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance for informed decision-making.
  • Compliance with Safety Protocols: Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols at all times.
  • Spare Parts Management: Effectively source and manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mechanical and Hydraulic Aptitude: Strong skills in troubleshooting and maintaining systems, including mechanical and hydraulic aptitude.
  • Electrical Knowledge: Basic understanding of 12-24V electrical systems and ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnosis and resolution of issues.
  • Collaboration and Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Commitment to Safety: Strong commitment to safety and adherence to policies and procedures at all times.
  • Welding and Fabrication Skills: Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques to support equipment maintenance and repair.
