We are seeking a dedicated individual to build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others.

Job Summary:

As a Personal Carer, you will provide high-quality care to clients living in their own homes, supporting their independence and enhancing their overall well-being.

  • Conducting home visits, interacting with clients on a one-on-one basis, and assisting with daily activities
  • Providing personal care and daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing
  • Delivering care services in accordance with individualized Care Plans
  • Supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities
  • Transporting clients and accompanying them to appointments and shopping trips
Requirements:
  • Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification - Essential
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
  • A roadworthy and insured vehicle for work-related purposes - Essential
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
  • Confidence in meeting relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
