Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical operations team at The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management and a proven track record of success in overseeing clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative oversight of care administration, including personnel management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of clinical services.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize clinical operations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory agencies' laws and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
  • BSN required. Master's Degree in nursing or a closely related degree is highly preferred.
  • Licensed and Registered Nurse in New York State.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a management role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hospital or clinic experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in nursing management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

We offer attractive compensation ($95,000-$115,000+) depending upon experience, with comprehensive benefits including Profit Sharing Plan, Medical, 401(k), Long-Term Disability, Transportation Plan, Generous Paid Vacations, and Holidays. This location also qualifies for student loan repayment through the national health service corps.
