About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Hand at RAAF Williamtown. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in providing support to our chefs and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation, including vegetables and salads.
  • Contribute to stock control, including quality reporting and temperature monitoring.
  • Maintain kitchen, food preparation, storage, and service areas to a high standard, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements
  • Previous hospitality experience is beneficial.
  • Basic knife handling and food preparation skills are a plus.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
