Consultative Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team in a consultative role focused on early intervention. The successful candidate will work closely with children and families to support their goals, using the best practice key worker model.

About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role is early intervention, working with children and families to support their goals. This involves using the best practice key worker model to provide consultative services.
The ideal candidate will be tired of billable KPIs and wants to work in a supportive environment with minimal paperwork. They will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of early intervention principles, and the ability to work effectively with children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consultative services to children and families using the best practice key worker model
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support the needs of children and families
- Develop and implement individualised plans to support children's goals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or equivalent
- SPA registration
