Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Early Careers & Learning Consultant plays a pivotal role across two key areas of our People & Development team: Early Careers and Learning & Leadership. The primary focus is to deliver innovative solutions that cater to the evolving needs of early-career professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning programs for early-career professionals, focusing on skill development and career growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute impactful projects that drive business outcomes and employee engagement.
  • Analyze data and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful learning programs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
