The role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process for early career professionals, overseeing the smooth running of vacation clerkship and graduate programs, providing guidance and support to participants, building relationships with universities and law societies, designing and delivering learning programs, facilitating workshops, conducting needs assessments, and supporting change management initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and driven by a genuine desire to help others succeed. The ideal candidate will have a background in early careers recruitment, learning and development, or a similar HR role, experience working in a legal or professional services firm, strong facilitation and presentation skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, excellent organisational and project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex challenges by coming up with creative solutions.
