Job Description

Retail site supervisors play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational excellence within retail environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Offering clear directions, relevant information, and general assistance to the public with a positive and courteous attitude.
  • Efficiently handling lost property and providing support for lost children or vulnerable persons in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Conducting regular patrols of retail areas, car parks, and restricted zones to maintain a secure and safe environment.
  • Maintaining CCTV monitoring systems, incident reporting protocols, and providing video evidence to authorities as necessary.
  • Proactively preventing theft, vandalism, loitering, and anti-social behavior through effective approaches and observing and reporting any suspicious activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service skills, a proactive and problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
