Technical Support Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious technical support specialist to join our mobilisation team on a fixed-term contract until early 2025.

  • The role will be accountable for providing technical support for the mobilisation of Mechanical Electrical and Control Systems contracts and other civil related contracts.

This role adds value by providing technical delivery support to partners and advice that contribute towards innovative solutions in how we deliver work under new contracts and assists in facilitating a continuous improvement environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for fieldwork across mechanical, electrical, control systems, and civil works.
  • Operate with a strong understanding of service delivery operations and effectively translate technical or field knowledge to stakeholders.
  • Manage complex projects with tight deadlines and drive change in large-scale initiatives.
  • Buid and maintain relationships, collaborate effectively, and manage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant qualifications in Business, IT, Project Management, or significant professional experience.
  • Prolevant experience in providing technical support.
  • A solid understanding of business environments and objectives.
  • Eligibility to meet security clearance and SOCI requirements.

You'll thrive in this role if you're self-motivated, driven, and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
