Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role involves project cost control management and reporting to support projects across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide support to the finance team and collaborate with project and scheduling teams.
  2. Analyze cost and schedule performance; communicate financial insights and project status to stakeholders.
  3. Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts with cost account managers.
  4. Create and update financial models, reports, and dashboards to monitor project performance.
  5. Ensure financial compliance and accuracy with project teams.
  6. Assist with month-end processes, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting.
  7. Support estimating and pricing activities.
  8. Identify areas for continuous improvement and participate in related initiatives.
  9. Train and mentor team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or commerce, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project accounting, management accounting, or cost control roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including functions, PowerPivot, and dashboards.
  • Ability to adapt, be proactive, and organize priorities independently.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience managing financial aspects of diverse projects.
  • Experience in estimating and pricing of varying complexities.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and systems.
