Job Title: Billing and Financial Services Leader

This leadership role requires strong guidance and team development skills to manage transactional financial services functions.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a dynamic billing team through high-volume workloads, fostering a collaborative environment.

The successful Billing and Financial Services Leader will be responsible for managing customer billings, debt recovery, and supplier payments in accordance with established policy, standards, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive environment for the Billing Team.
  • Manage regulated revenue queries and address causes by communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Maintain and improve the accuracy of the Revenue Accruals Model.
  • Update annual tariff rates into the system.
  • Revenue budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for proactive trending analysis.

About You:

  • Degree qualified in Business, Accounting or Finance.
  • Solid knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards.
  • Strong experience in internal financial controls.

  • A proven track record in managing transactional financial services.
