Job Title: Billing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Analyst to lead our team in transforming data processes and elevating billing accuracy.

The successful candidate will provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts, oversee invoicing processes, create new procedures for compliance, manage data and reporting, collaborate across departments, and enhance policies and processes.

  • Provide precise revenue forecasts that influence pricing, planning, and budgeting decisions.
  • Ensure billing accuracy by overseeing invoicing processes and developing educational programs on compliance.
  • Create and implement new procedures to ensure compliance, addressing both immediate and long-term needs.
  • Conduct data management, analysis, forecasting, and modelling. Resolve data issues and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Act as the key liaison between Finance, Metering, and other business units, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.
  • Review, update, and streamline policies, guidelines, and procedures. Improve billing practices and support timely credit/debt management.

Requirements:

  • Experienced professional with sound experience in business analysis, advanced conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven success in implementing business process improvements.
  • Strong experience with data modelling techniques to provide accurate, reliable forecasts and analysis to support business planning and decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with solid experience in delivering accurate, timely, and relevant corporate and enterprise reporting.
  • Solid financial acumen with ability to analyse complex data and translate these into business and financial impact.
  • Interaction with others is primarily concerned with influencing, developing, and motivating people and changing behaviour.
  • Experience with Hansen system not essential but strongly desirable.
