About the Position

The Assistant Retail Manager plays a pivotal role in leading our Retail Operations Team at Savers Noarlunga store. The team ensures exceptional customer service to our customers and donors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of day-to-day sales floor functions in a big box environment.
  • Leadership and supervision of up to 12 team members on a shift.
  • Setting an example, meeting and engaging with customers and donors.
  • Welcome and training new team members, supporting them to succeed and grow in their roles.

  • Availability for full-time hours on a flexible rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.
