A nationally registered NDIS provider of therapeutic, positive behaviour and employment supports is seeking motivated graduates to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a 12-month graduate program designed to accelerate learning and development in a supportive environment.
  • Engage in immersive induction, clinical workshops, supervision and ongoing training as part of your professional development.
  • Work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver services in community settings or accessible clinics, with a focus on client choice and outcomes.
  • Assist with report writing and other activities to support NDIS-related services as needed.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture and uphold core values of empathy, collaboration and clear communication.
Requirements:
  • Graduates from Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology degrees, or those who are eligible for registration (AHPRA/SPA) upon graduation.
  • Empathetic, driven to create meaningful life-changing outcomes for people with disability.
  • Willing to develop skills through effort, learning and tenacity; a team player committed to collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment.
