About the Opportunity

This position involves providing clinical leadership to a team, assisting with daily operations and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for coordinating discharges to manage the flow of referrals and progress of consumer recovery journeys.
  • You will assist in caseload monitoring, chairing meetings including Clinical reviews.
  • You will act as a manager in their absence, ensuring seamless continuation of services.
  • You will support conflict resolutions and work with clinicians to foster a positive work environment.
  • You will provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers within a multi-disciplinary team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will possess excellent clinical, time management, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

You will also have a compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.

Apart from being a registered professional nurse or related field, you must have AHPRA registration and relevant qualifications such as RPN4; OT3; SW3 or Psychologist 3.
