Behaviour Support Practitioner Job

We have a unique opportunity for Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our professional team.

Our Positive Behaviour Support Model encompasses multidisciplinary expertise to understand drivers of behaviours from communication, sensory and environmental perspectives.

We will consider entry-level practitioners who can demonstrate sound knowledge of the Positive Behaviour Support Model and reduce Restrictive Practices, as well as strong commitment to evidence-based, functional behavioural outcomes.

About you: current suitability with NDIS Commission as Behaviour Support Practitioner or considerable experience providing support to people with behaviours of concern is essential; demonstrated ability to work positively in multidisciplinary team, outstanding communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, confident computer skills, sound writing skills, current drivers licence and own reliable vehicle.

Formal qualifications of relevance to providing supports to people with behaviours of concern AND/OR considerable experience providing support to people with behaviours of concern is essential.
