**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Training Scheduler Lead to oversee all training activities for the P-8A Poseidon at RAAF Base Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling and coordination of tasks, as well as working in Defence operational flying squadrons.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Program and coordinate all training activities for the P-8A Poseidon.
- Support the successful coordination of all training continuum course delivery, including synthetic training device booking.
- Program planned simulation device upgrade activities and asset allocation to meet training schedules.
- Analyze training system health and utilisation, generating reports to support performance measurement frameworks.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in resource and asset scheduling and coordination.
- Experience working in Defence operational flying squadrons or similar environments, including flight programming tools.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Configuration and data management expertise.
- Understanding of Defence Training requirements.
