Telehealth Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Telehealth Clinician to provide health-related advice over the phone to individuals with their health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing health information and assessing symptoms via telephone assessments.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Recommending the appropriate time and place of care, including referrals to emergency services or healthcare providers.
This is a part-time or full-time role, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week. Shift length will range from 2 to 10 hours.
About the Ideal Candidate:- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse for at least 3 years.
- A minimum of 3 years of full-time (or equivalent) clinical experience within the last 5 years as a Registered Nurse.
- A diverse nursing background involving extensive public contact, including complex primary health, acute medical, and emergency department settings.
- Excellent critical thinking and clinical judgment skills, with the ability to apply these in high-pressure situations across all age groups and clinical presentations.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with compassion and professionalism.
- A strong affinity with using computer systems, including telehealth platforms, databases, and digital communication tools.
