Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to support daily operations in a fast-paced finance broking business
- Developing knowledge of loan structuring, credit policies, serviceability calculators, and proven processes to manage workflow effectively
- Assisting in reviewing, submitting, and managing loan applications through to approval and settlement
- Taking ownership of individual and team targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, solicitors, and lenders
- A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude
- A bachelor's degree in finance and Cert IV & Diploma in Mortgage Broking
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- A basic understanding of the lending process and mortgage broking (preferred but not required)
- Experience in customer service or administration (preferred but not required)
- A willingness to learn, grow, and progress in your career, with a commitment to completing your qualifications to become a fully accredited mortgage broker
