About the role

The Dealer Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the Head of Dealer Sales with the implementation of Dealer Sales strategy.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with experienced sales professionals, work with industry leading dealerships of various scale, provide insights and trend analysis across a range of metrics, work cross functionally to explore best practice and counter measures to achieve national targets.

Core responsibilities
  • Dealer Sales reporting nationally
  • Providing trend insights and representing this information in simple & easily digestible visual representations
  • Dealer Sales presentation for internal and external audiences
  • Implementation of Head of Dealer Sales operating framework including dealer meetings (co-ordination of meeting invites, reporting & slide deck)
  • Creating and maintaining presentations to support Dealer Sales team for both internal and external audiences.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or equivalent.
Experiences
  • Professional interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Dynamic self-starter, results driven and adaptable.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, plus you will be someone who balances listening with strong, persuasive, and clearly articulated points of view.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Experience in Auto Finance industry or Finance Services or start up environment.
