Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our luxury low to mid-rise residential new build projects in the Northern Beaches.

About the Role:

  • As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our clients' low to mid-rise residential build projects.
  • You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the build, coordinating with the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage all aspects of the build, taking charge and owning your project.
  2. Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Work closely with the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  5. Manage and optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to achieve project goals efficiently.
  6. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure high-quality construction.
  7. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and safety records.
  8. Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on low to mid-rise residential new build projects worth $20M+.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and best practices in industrial builds.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Sound understanding and commitment to safety regulations and procedures.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
