Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional OT Systems Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance of Operation Technology (OT) systems.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of OT systems, including network switches, PLCs, CCTV cameras, access control, passenger information equipment, radio, workstations, and servers;
  • Updates/Upgrades/Installations to Operational Technology (OT) systems;
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting of system faults;
  • OT Network configuration;
  • Client system audits;
  • Availability to be on a 24x7 after hours on-call roster: 1 week a month;
  • Availability to perform 1 week of night shifts every quarter;
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Sound communication skills, including concise verbal skills and the ability to write short technical reports;
  • Proven ability to give and receive feedback to facilitate personal growth and the growth of other team members;
  • Previous experience with OT systems, CCTV systems, Audio Systems, Radio Systems, and Network;
  • Previous Data and/or Fibre Cabling Experience;
  • Demonstrated experience and/or ability to learn new technologies;
  • Strong teamwork and customer-focused skills;
