Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in the coordination and delivery of community treatment services.
Job Description:We are looking for an individual with a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. Your expertise will include opioid agonist treatment, ambulatory care services, and assessment, treatment, support, crisis intervention, care planning, and evaluation of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse, Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Minimum five years full-time equivalent postgraduate qualifications experience and a postgraduate qualification relevant to the drug and alcohol nursing specialty
- Proven clinical leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills across various mediums
- Up to 12 allocated days off each year in addition to annual leave
