Position Overview

A full-time production operator role with rotating shifts has become available at our site. This position offers progression opportunities in wages and job grade as the person becomes more skilled in our processes.

  • Operate plant equipment such as pumps, mixing vessels, dispersers, reactors, filtering equipment, and DCS computer systems.
  • Pack and unpack products from containers of varying sizes.
  • Ensure batch documentation, logs, and checklists are completed.
  • Follow operational procedures.
  • Conduct quality control testing on finished goods.
Required Skills And Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a chemical industry or similar environment. Leadership skills and a strong commitment to safety standards are also essential. Additionally, you should have good housekeeping skills, a focus on quality, and systems. You will need to work reasonable overtime as required and have a current and valid forklift license.
