Senior Business Analyst - Data Insights


We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team of experts in data-driven decision-making. As a key member of our analytics practice, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes by leveraging data insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. With a focus on data governance, strategy, and implementation, this role offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a fast-paced, innovative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure data quality and integrity.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive revenue growth.
  3. Design and execute data visualizations to support business decisions.
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business operations.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of business problems and develop actionable recommendations.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data governance, or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality, security, and governance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or MS in Analytics or related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Certification in data governance or related field.
