Leadership Opportunity in Regional QLD

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Director to join our team in a regional QLD setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to make a real difference in the lives of young children and their families.

About the Role
  • This role involves mentoring staff, supporting daily operations, and helping deliver a high-quality learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and relevant experience as a Senior Educator, Educational Leader, or Assistant Director.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Director with daily operations and compliance
  • Mentoring educators and enhancing curriculum delivery
  • Building strong relationships with families and the local community
  • Providing hands-on support across the service
Requirements
  • Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
  • Valid Blue Card / Working with Children Check
  • Experience as a Senior Educator, Educational Leader, or Assistant Director
