Dental Receptionist / Manager Job Description

This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations throughout the clinic.

As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch patient care and experience.

  • Provide warm and friendly greetings to patients and visitors.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

Verify insurance coverage and assist patients and staff with billing questions. Maintain patient records and update electronic records. Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.

Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized. Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
