Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who has experience in managing partnerships, client or account management roles and can drive results-driven growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and growing awesome relationships with multiple energy partners. This involves being the key connector between our business and theirs, running productive partner catch-ups, leading WIP meetings, and presenting quarterly reviews that actually mean something.

This role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, juggle moving parts, and turn great ideas into action. If you love building strong relationships, have excellent communication skills, and can hold the room, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and growing awesome relationships with multiple energy partners
  • Being the go-to link between our business and theirs
  • Running fun and productive partner catch-ups
  • Leading WIP meetings and keeping things on track
  • Presentation of quarterly reviews that actually mean something

About You

You're an experienced relationship pro with impressive experience in partnership management roles. Commercially savvy and results-driven, you know how to grow partnerships and boost performance. Ideally, you've worked in a regulated industry (bonus points if it's in energy, finance or essential services)
