Senior Network Management Systems Engineer

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving the ongoing development and maturity of CitiPower and Powercor Australia's Integrated Network Management Systems (INMS) and Electricity Supply Management Schemes (ESMSs).
The successful candidate will lead the development and improvement of INMS/ESMS tasks, ensuring the management system is efficient, effective, and mature.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining the management system
- Reporting on the ongoing development of INMS/ESMS tasks
- Improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and maturity of the management system
- Scoping, planning, and coordinating external INMS/ESMS audits/assessments
- Collaborating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on INMS/ESMS development
- Promoting, communicating, raising awareness, and training staff in the management system
- Developing training materials for staff to improve understanding and requirements of INMS/ESMS
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in an engineering or associated area/discipline
- Highly developed written, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to foster professional relationships
- Experience in developing and improving management systems, including AS5577 and ISO55000
- A track record in technical and regulatory areas of a utility/distribution business or similar capital-intensive industry (minimum 10 years of relevant experience)
- Experience in change management and continuous improvement programs
- Proven track-record of cross-functional collaboration
