Our retail business is looking for a skilled Electric Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and support, while selling electrical products such as TVs, audio equipment, and other peripherals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-focused environment, knowledge of electrical products, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Sell a wide range of electrical products, including TVs, audio equipment, and other peripherals.
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales goals.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role or industry.
- Knowledge of electrical products and their features, including TVs, audio equipment, and other peripherals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns.
