About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our team at Medibank. As a Mobile Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality foot care services to residents across a range of aged care facilities, corporate health hubs, and client's homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose foot and lower limb abnormalities and diseases
  • Provide treatment and education to patients, family members, and staff
  • Contribute to patient chronic disease management plans
  • Make referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Perform biomechanical assessments and provide footwear and foot care advice
  • Maintain accurate documentation and treatment planning procedures
  • Undertake administrative tasks, including stock management and equipment maintenance

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Podiatrist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact in the lives of Australians. As a Mobile Podiatrist, you will need to be comfortable traveling to our clients and providing services in a variety of settings.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Podiatry and registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a community or aged care setting
  • Ability to travel to clients and work in a variety of settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
