Retail Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Property Network of Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail centers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional service to our tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a Planned Preventive Maintenance Programme to ensure optimal asset performance and minimize downtime.
- Manage all aspects of facilities operations, including engineering, risk, and compliance, within budget limits and authorities.
- Ensure high-quality control and compliance of all contractors, conducting regular inspections and audits as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing operational issues and concerns to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients and consultants to develop and implement capital works projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong background in retail property operations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
