AUTO Sales and Service Manager Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a dynamic sales environment?

As an AUTO Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our trade customers, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our Channel Manager and local Repco Store Managers to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with target customers.
  • Understand customer needs, proactively solve problems, and identify opportunities to grow their share of spend with us.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales budgets and improve gross margin performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about the automotive industry and has experience in customer management. If you are motivated by achieving KPIs and targets, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Interest in the automotive industry.
  • Sales and/or customer management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Valid Australian driver's license.
