Maintenance Fitters

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team at Borg Manufacturing. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
Your primary duties will include:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns
- Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues
- Repairing and replacing equipment as needed
- Collaborating with production personnel to resolve technical issues
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our manufacturing processes
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to:
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues and management
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment
