The role involves driving innovation, shaping strategy, and collaborating across teams and communities to deliver high-quality care. You'll guide change, grow partnerships, and ensure services exceed expectations.

  • Advise and support team members in case management frameworks, therapeutic models, and advocacy skills.
  • Monitor and report service delivery targets, including monthly data preparation.
  • Address Quality of Care concerns and incidents per CIMS, the Reportable Conduct Scheme, and Section 81 requirements.
  • Prepare and submit funding applications to support placements and caregiver needs.
  • Administer program services in accordance with service plans and funding requirements, providing operational support to staff.
