Become a future leader in the industry by joining our graduate program. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in providing food, drink and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable and healthy for our customers.

During the two-year program, you'll work on real deliverables with clear ownership and accountability as you learn and grow through functional rotations and a tailored development program. This will give you the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

In your second year, you will complete the Innovation Project, where you will work with a team to solve a genuine business challenge with an innovative solution. The top teams will get the opportunity to present their ideas to our Executive Leadership Team.

Our products range from Coles Finest Certified Carbon Neutral Beef and Pork, grass fed Graze Beef and Lamb, to many more. Seeing your products from paddock to plate is quite an experience and provides immediate responsibility and opportunities to make a difference.

We encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to apply to our graduate program. To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Hold an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold a permanent residency at the time of application
  • Have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program
  • Technology stream only: We also accept applicants from those on a 485 Graduate Visa (or who will have this visa by October)

Hybrid work is an option, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, allowing you to balance work and personal life effectively.
