The Digital Experience Specialist plays a pivotal role in elevating La Trobe University's online presence through strategic analysis, experimentation, and user experience enhancement.
This role sits within the Marketing Strategy and Insights Department, which oversees the Web & Digital Experience team.
The objective is to drive improvements in lead volume capture, quality, engagement, and application conversion.
- Utilise data analytics and experimentation techniques to inform direction and optimise digital performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement personalisation strategies that enhance user experience.
This position requires a blend of hands-on delivery, critical thinking, and actionable insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve the digital experience.
Key Requirements- Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field with at least 4 years of subsequent experience;
- Proven expertise in customer-centric digital optimisation or marketing with a strong understanding of CRO strategies and web UX principles;
- Demonstrated technical capability across digital analytics platforms, including a deep understanding of user behaviour analytics;
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as Squiz Matrix, WordPress, or Drupal;
