Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Graduate Environmental Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about environmental sustainability and have a strong academic background in Earth Science, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field investigations, working closely with subcontractors to gather data and insights that drive meaningful results.
  • Leverage advanced sampling and monitoring equipment for various media to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Support the delivery of comprehensive technical reports on contaminated land projects, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with our team across Australia to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop your professional skills and competencies through focused training and mentorship programs, ensuring you stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Maintain quality, health, safety, and environmental processes throughout project administration and commercial requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
About You
  • You hold a degree in Earth Science, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You enjoy fieldwork and have a strong technical understanding of sampling/monitoring methods, with experience working with a range of equipment and technologies.
  • You are willing to travel and stay in regional areas for fieldwork, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
  • You have a valid driver's license and are ready to take on new challenges and responsibilities, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
