Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centered support to adults with intellectual, physical disabilities, or mental health conditions
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Communicating effectively and accurately documenting client information
  • Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
