Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Nyrstar Port Pirie Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing oversight and coordination in the execution of planned maintenance across the Finished Products Electrical Maintenance Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that asset health is monitored, measured, and documented.
  • Assist in providing cost estimation in line with the 2-weekly planning schedule.
  • Act as the RCA champion for areas of responsibility, understanding cost, likelihood, and consequence of failures to plant and equipment.
  • Plan work for contracting parties directly or through maintenance planning.
  • Engage in maintenance planning activities for work management.
  • Closing out work as per the procurement and accounts payable processes.
  • Develop or assist in developing scope of works.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading maintenance people and teams.
  • 8+ years' experience as a Tradesperson in heavy industry.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in the application of reliability and maintenance management principles.
  • Significant experience with RCM, FMECA, and RCA.
  • Supervisory experience.
