About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Tradesperson to join our team at oOh Media. As an Electrical Maintenance Tradesperson, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive electrical maintenance for our electrical assets. This includes light box maintenance on oOh Street Furniture assets across the Dandenong and Cranbourne areas of Melbourne, undertaking electrical audits, maintenance of ad boxes, courtesy lighting, trip switches, totem poles, solar shelter panels, batteries, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete electrical safety and RCD inspections in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Complete electrical fault maintenance and repairs to all assets.
  • Log and report all maintenance assessments via mobile app to the Team Leader.
  • Attend road traffic incidents where assets have been affected to secure the site and ensure the safety of the public until repairs can be made.
  • Proactively adhere to and promote Work Health Safety (WHS) policies and practices and safety culture.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a current, non-restricted A Class Electrical License that meets Government regulations, and also be available to work occasional on-call and after-hours work (as per the team roster). A full, valid Australian Drivers Licence is also a must. You must also be able to pass a pre-employment Drug and alcohol check, license check, and reference checks.
