Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled psychiatrist to join our adult acute care team. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and providing psychotherapeutic interventions to patients with complex mental health needs.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the physical and psychological needs of patients.
- Providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality care.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Requirements- A degree in psychiatry or a related field.
- Recent graduates or junior psychiatrists with experience working in adult acute care settings.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
