About the Role:

As Venue Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of venue operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative tasks. You will lead a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and develop the venue's front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver outstanding customer service.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
    • Monitor and analyze sales trends, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and functions.

  • Detailed knowledge of hospitality operations, including finance, human resources, and marketing.
