Lead the Way in Early Childhood Education

C&K Childcare & Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Coordinator to join our team at Coorparoo Kindergarten. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care.

As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring young minds, creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families, and our wider community.

With a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for children, you will work collaboratively with your team to develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that align with the C&K Early Learning Framework
  • Collaborate with the Kindergarten with Extended Hours Educator to create a seamless transition from kindergarten to extended hours
  • Provide guidance and support to educators to ensure high-quality teaching practices
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $34.71-$38.62, plus a retention bonus of $1250 paid twice yearly

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
