Technical Project Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Lead to oversee the management of IT application development, implementation, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a software developer, administrator, and team lead.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Managing project schedules and quality while coordinating resources, timelines, and project activities;
  • Monitoring and reporting project status, participating in project reviews, and conducting stand-up meetings with stakeholders;
  • Developing and managing service transition plans and project metrics;
  • Liaising with various teams to ensure alignment of service transition objectives;
  • Ensuring timely delivery of service transitions within agreed timelines.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Technical Lead;
  • Hands-on experience in software development, administration, and team leadership;
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies;
  • Experience working with MS Project, Jira, Git, Jenkins, Remedy Action Request System, Service Now, Smartsheet, and other similar tools;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
