Job Title: Technical Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IBM Maximo projects, including upgrades, integrations, and optimization initiatives.\
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, operations, and compliance.\
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting structures.\
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and changes while maintaining momentum across technical teams.\
  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical contributors to ensure alignment and value delivery.\
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.\
